Guests can choose to stay onsite the nights of the 23rd, 24th and 25th.

We ask that guests refrain visiting the Main Villa on the 23rd and 24th as this is where the Bridal Party will be getting ready and Kelsey doesn't want her grand appearance being spoiled, so please respect the Main Villa as her Bridal sanctuary and don't "visit".

No power is available, so if you wish to have power you need to bring your own generator or source of power.

There are rustic flushable toilets near the camping area, or guests can use the barn toilets.

There is 1 rustic shower near the camping area.

When we say "rustic" we mean rustic, it's a campsite, so if you prefer the home comforts of a proper shower and bathroom perhaps book hotel in Napier and catch the bus in, or stay close to the venue.

No fires are to take place onsite and all waste must be disposed of using the facilities provided or taken with you.

Guests can arrive and set up camp from 4pm.

You will be left to do you're own thing, as the bridal party will be doing theirs.

Simply find a spot and setup camp.

You will need to sort your own dinner for that evening and breakfast for the following morning. Guests are welcome to store food in the Barn kitchen fridge and use the kitchen, but you MUST clean up any mess made, there are no cooking utensils, cutlery ect so you will need to bring your own.

Alternatively Waipukurau Town Centre is a 12 minute drive away where you can get a feed.

The kitchen will be closed from 1230pm on the 24th as the Caters will be arriving to setup.

Guests can arrive anytime the day of the wedding to setup camp, just ensure you're all set by 230pm, as that's when guests will be arriving for the ceremony which starts at 3pm.

You will be left to do you're own thing, as the bridal party will be doing theirs getting ready.

Simply find a spot and setup camp, and make sure you allow enough time to get pretty for the wedding.

Guests are welcome to stay on after the Chill By Lakeside afternoon, same information as above.

All campers must be packed up and gone by 10am on Monday 26th.

Regardless of when you choose to leave you must take all rubbish with you.

The site needs to be left as we found it please.
