Tori is Kelsey's beautiful cousin who is more like a sister. Having grown up very close with Kelsey and her brother, even all living together for years. She's also our florist for the Wedding [Florescene Floral] and on the day you will see her beautiful creativity!

Sarah is one of Kelsey's closest and dearest friends, and has been for years. Their friendship dates back to 5am arrivals home to now 9pm bedtimes. Back in April 2023 Kelsey enjoyed the honor of being one of Sarah's bridesmaids, so it's super exciting to now come full circle and have Sarah be hers!

Jemma is one of Kelsey's "Workwives" from the day they met they hit it off straight away and have been "Bros" ever since! When Kelsey moved to the Bay Jemma was essentially her first friend down here, welcoming Kelsey with open arms [literally] and introducing her to her whanau - including Momma Jo, thus giving Kelsey a second family in the Hawkes Bay.

Rhi is Kelsey's other "Workwife" that has become one of her closest friends. Sharing their beautiful daughters in common, Kelsey and Rhi have grown a friendship over the last few years built on encouragement and support for one another.

Tim and Matt have been best mates since they met at intermediate school at the age of 11. They went through high school together—Tim in the top class, Matt in the lowest—and even ended up dating twins at one point (which was a bit weird, to be honest). Tim has been there for Matt through some of the toughest times in his  life, and he couldn’t imagine having anyone else stand beside me on this special day. Matts best man, Tim!

Simon and Matt have been friends since they were 11, meeting at intermediate school and getting up to all sorts of antics over the years. There have been plenty of nights getting far too drunk and making some “great” decisions. Simon is one of the few people Matt can talk to about anything—well, most of the time when he's actually listening! A true, lifelong mate.

Matt met Aaron through his friend Tala, and honestly, it was like love at first sight—well, at least for Matt! One of the easiest guys to sink a few beers with Aaron and Tala even travelled around Europe with Matt. That trip gave them some incredible opportunities to get up to all sorts of mischief in different countries. An absolute legend and a certified G.C.

Aaron Walding

Pat and Matt met at Rapid Radio when he was just an apprentice who didn’t drink (yes, really). When Matt started working there again, they became lifelong friends—or at least, he just hasn’t been able to get rid of Matt. Pat has been someone Matts relied on countless times, a true support and lifesaver in more situations than he can count. Matt's truly honoured to have him by my side on this amazing day.

Braysen is Tori's son and essentially Kelsey's nephew. Kelsey was very involved in Braysen's first few years, having lived with Tori and her partner when he was born. Kelsey always said that when she got married one day she wanted Braysen to be involved, to honor all their Aunty and Berm dates and the special bond they've shared as he's grown up.

Kelsey and Matt couldn't imagine not having their beautiful baby girl walk down the isle before her Mummy. To have their daughter be apart of this special day fills Matt and Kelsey's heart with pride and joy.

The first 50 guests to RSVP and request a seat on the bus will secure transportation too and from the venue.The Tranzit Bus will departing at 130pm from the carpark opposite the Westshore Beach Inn located at 84 Meanee Quay, Napier. Then returning from Backpaddock Lakes at midnight to the pickup location.Please be prompt if you are catching the bus as it takes 1 hour to get to Backpaddock Lakes.Alcohol cannot be taken or consumed on the bus.

Wishing Well

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for. However, should you wish to honor us with a gift, a wishing well will be available for contributions towards our future at the reception.

Camping Information

Guests can choose to stay onsite the nights of the 23rd, 24th and 25th.We ask that guests refrain visiting the Main Villa on the 23rd and 24th as this is where the Bridal Party will be getting ready and Kelsey doesn't want her grand appearance being spoiled, so please respect the Main Villa as her Bridal sanctuary and don't "visit".No power is available, so if you wish to have power you need to bring your own generator or source of power.There are rustic flushable toilets near the camping area, or guests can use the barn toilets.There is 1 rustic shower near the camping area.When we say "rustic" we mean rustic, it's a campsite, so if you prefer the home comforts of a proper shower and bathroom perhaps book hotel in Napier and catch the bus in, or stay close to the venue.No fires are to take place onsite and all waste must be disposed of using the facilities provided or taken with you.&nbsp;

Staying the night before the wedding - 23rd

Guests can arrive and set up camp from 4pm.You will be left to do you're own thing, as the bridal party will be doing theirs.Simply find a spot and setup camp. You will need to sort your own dinner for that evening and breakfast for the following morning. Guests are welcome to store food in the Barn kitchen fridge and use the kitchen, but you MUST clean up any mess made, there are no cooking utensils, cutlery ect so you will need to bring your own. Alternatively Waipukurau Town Centre is a 12 minute drive away where you can get a feed. The kitchen will be closed from 1230pm on the 24th as the Caters will be arriving to setup.

staying the night of the wedding - 24th

Guests can arrive anytime the day of the wedding to setup camp, just ensure you're all set by 230pm, as that's when guests will be arriving for the ceremony which starts at 3pm. You will be left to do you're own thing, as the bridal party will be doing theirs getting ready.Simply find a spot and setup camp, and make sure you allow enough time to get pretty for the wedding.

staying the night of the - 25th

Guests are welcome to stay on after the Chill By Lakeside afternoon, same information as above.

before you leave

All campers must be packed up and gone by 10am on Monday 26th.Regardless of when you choose to leave you must take all rubbish with you. The site needs to be left as we found it please.
