When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?
RSVP date is May 23rd. You will respond by visiting the 'RSVP' tab on our website! Mail back RSVP will not be accepted. It is expected you RSVP online to be able to attend.
Can I change my RSVP after submitting it?
Things happen- we get it! Just reach out as soon as you can so we can plan accordingly. After the RSVP deadline, we will not be able to accommodate any changes. It is very important that you RSVP. If you end up not being able to attend please let us know at least 3 days prior to the wedding.
What is the dress code?
We would love to see our family and friends dressed up for the big day!
We ask that you wear cocktail attire, men in suites and women in cocktail dresses. We kindly request no jeans or casual wear, khakis are okay. Any color is fine, as long as it is not white or green! Feel free to bring more comfortable shoes for the reception.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony and the reception will be indoors. There will be approximately 1–1.5 hours of free time between the ceremony and cocktail hour; during this interval we recommend exploring the Westport Plaza or taking time to relax before the celebration begins.
Can I bring a plus one?
Unfortunately, we have strict guest list. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will be only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.
Can we bring our kids?
Invitations and RSVPs are specific and will include the names of the guests who are invited. Due to limited space, we will only be able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.
Am I invited to the rehearsal dinner?
Due to the limitations of our venue, we unfortunately have a limit to the rehearsal dinner guest list for those who will be playing a role in the ceremony. We apologize in advance for those who are not included.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?
There are parking lots at both the church and the hotel. There is also a parking garage at the hotel. All parking is free.
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Our ceremony will begin promptly so we kindly request that you arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow everyone time to get comfortable. Anyone who is late will be asked to stay in the cry room until the ceremony concludes. The cry room are to the left side of the entrance.
Can we take photos during the ceremony?
We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present and for our photographer to capture the best shots which we will share with you. Once the ceremony has concluded, please take as many photos as you’d like and don’t forget to share with us!
What happens after the ceremony?
After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking pictures for around 1 hour. There will be approximately 1–1.5 hours of free time between the ceremony and cocktail hour; during this interval we recommend exploring the Westport Plaza or taking time to relax before the celebration begins.
Please note the couple and members of the wedding party may not be present for the entire cocktail hour.
What’s the wedding schedule?

Are the ceremony and reception locations handicap accessible?
Yes, there are ramps at the church and elevators at the hotel.
Will transportation be provided between, to, or from the hotel, ceremony, and reception?
No formal transportation will be provided on the day of the wedding. Guests should arrange their own travel to Our Lady of the Pilar Catholic Church for the ceremony and onward to the Sheraton Westport Chalet Hotel for the reception.
Will dinner be served at the reception? What kind of food?
Yes, a plated dinner will be served after the cocktail hour. (Time TBD) It is expected that you put any dietary restrictions on your RSVP.
Dinner will include a salad, 12oz of protein , 1 vegetable, 1 potato, and bread. Dinner menu will be announced closer to time of RSVP.
Will there be any vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy free, or special diet options?
Yes we will be able to accommodate any dietary restrictions as long as it is noted when you RSVP.
Will there be food and drinks during cocktail hour?
There will be a limited selection of liquor, beer, wine, and soft dinks. There will be special bride and groom cocktails to enjoy! You may not bring outside liquor in. The bar is an open bar. There will also be four butler passed appetizers to enjoy as well. Please feel free to bring cash to tip our great bartenders!
Will the bar be open during dinner?
The bar will close during the hour of dinner. Wine will be served during dinner along with water. The bar will reopen shortly after dinner, during dancing!
Where are you registered?
We are registered at Crate and Barrel and Amazon. More information can be found on the website under the Registry Tab.
Can I bring or mail a wedding gift?
There will be a gift table and card box at the reception, but mailing something from the registry is also super convenient- it already includes our shipping info.
What is the best airport to fly into?
We recommend flying into the St. Louis (STL) Airport.
