We would love to see our family and friends dressed up for the big day!We ask that you wear cocktail attire, men in suites and women in cocktail dresses. We kindly request no jeans or casual wear, khakis are okay. Any color is fine, as long as it is not white or green! Lodging: 

For your convenience, we have secured a preferred rate for our wedding guests at the same place the reception is being held at. This property is NOT the Sheraton Westport Plaza Hotel St. Louis. The Sheraton Chalet is the hotel with the red roof. The hotel has reserved rooms with the rate for Friday and Saturday night only. Guests will only be allowed to book this rate up until June 10th. We recommend booking as soon as possible, as space is limited.

Other nearby hotels are available, but the Sheraton Westport Chalet Hotel St. Louis is the only property holding a preferred rate for our wedding, as this is where the reception is. If you prefer to stay elsewhere, please arrange and confirm reservations directly with your chosen hotel. The same applies to other travel services (shuttles, rideshares, etc.): please book transportation independently unless otherwise noted. We recommend staying away from the east side of St. Louis and staying on the west side of St. Louis in order to be closer to the wedding venues.

Transportation: 

Shuttle service between the airport and Sheraton Westport Chalet Hotel runs every 30 minutes; no reservation is required and the service is complimentary for guests. At the airport, proceed to the hotel shuttle pickup area and look for the Sheraton Westport Chalet Hotel sign. For departures from the hotel, meet at the front awning where the airport shuttle will pick up guests. It is highly recommended to call the hotel shortly before your arrival to confirm the shuttles location and timing.

Day of travel coordination: 

No formal transportation will be provided on the day of the wedding. Guests should arrange their own travel to Our Lady of the Pilar Catholic Church for the ceremony and onward to the Sheraton Westport Chalet Hotel for the reception. There will be approximately 1–1.5 hours of free time between the ceremony and cocktail hour; during this interval we recommend exploring the Westport Plaza or taking time to relax before the celebration begins. Trainwreck SaloonMultiple Locations At any of our locations we are certain we can provide all that you desire, from dining to live entertainment. George and Kris Hansford opened the first Trainwreck Saloon in Rock Hill, Missouri, July 2, 1982. Dating back to 1890; the Trainwreck in Rock Hill is considered to be the oldest continually operated tavern in St. Louis County. Upon its opening, great care was taken to restore and preserve the structure. The original back bar is still in use today. In 1992, a caboose was added to the Beer Garden. In 1995, an innovative bar was built in and the caboose, making Rock Hill's Beer Garden one of the most unique patios in St. Louis. After surviving a flood in 2009, a dining room was added, adding seats for year round dining. A second Trainwreck Saloon opened April 1, 1991 at West Port Plaza. Opened originally in 1973 as Burnham's Opera House, many elements remain. The 1902 antique bar, swinging door and much of the current decor, including pictures, stained glass and booths are from the original Opera House. The West Port location has expanded three times, acquiring a florist, t-shirt shop and the Victorian House, a men's clothing store. These changes have included an expanded kitchen and dining area, a large stage for live music and a second antique bar.
