Many places are not allowing a room block as there is an event (Gold Rush Festival) that same weekend. Due to this, I would book as early as you can. However, several options are listed on the "Travel" tab and there are lots of AirBnB's located in the area.

Parking is available at the venue. There are plenty of spots. If needed, you can leave your car overnight. It just must be picked up by 9 am. Uber is available in the area.
