We're looking forward to bringing our favorite people together in our favorite city! That said, we completely understand that it's a big ask and not feasible for all. Thank you for considering joining us for our big day.

Will there be a reception at home for those that can't make it to Vegas?
We will have a dinner party in Kentucky a few months after the wedding so that we can celebrate with friends and family that either cannot attend or we regretfully couldn't add to the guest list due to venue capacity. Date is TBD based on receiving our wedding photos and video.
What hotels do you recommend?
We encourage you to book wherever you're most comfortable (rewards membership, budget, location, etc.). Our after party will be right in the center of the Las Vegas Strip, so we suggest booking a room in that area for ease of walking back after. Here are some hotels that fit the bill:
Budget friendly: New York New York, Paris
Middle ground: MGM Grand, Planet Hollywood (room block)
Luxury: Aria, Cosmopolitan
What will the weather be like in Vegas?
In June 2024, the average high was 100 degrees and the low was 71 degrees.
Will the event be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony is outdoors at the Valley of Fire State Park. The after party is indoors at Taco Bell Cantina.
What will the wedding be like?
We call this a "micro-wedding". It's a mix between an elopement and a full-blown wedding, so there are concepts of both integrated into the day.
We'll have a short and sweet ceremony followed by a mini reception outdoors at the Valley of Fire. The mini reception will include toasts, our first dance, parent dances, a cake cutting, and photos. While we take our wedding photos, guests can explore the area or party on the bus. Then we'll load up and head to the Taco Bell Cantina to eat, drink, and party!
What's the day-of timeline?
Guests can start arriving to the ceremony location at 6:15PM. Those riding the bus will depart Aria Resort and Casino at 4:45PM. The ceremony will start at 6:30PM and mini reception will follow. All photos should be wrapped up by 8:00PM and the after party is from 9:30-11:30PM.
How are we getting to and from the ceremony?
The bride and groom have booked a party bus for all guests to ride to and from the ceremony venue. The ceremony venue is about an hour and a half from Las Vegas. If you'd prefer to arrange your own transportation, please be mindful of directions as you'll lose service entering the park.
Can I bring a plus one?
You’re welcome to have anyone tag along with you on the trip but unfortunately, we cannot accommodate plus ones at the ceremony and after party due to venue capacity. In most cases, the friends and family which the invitation is addressed to are on the guest list. Thank you for understanding!
Can I bring my kids?
Although we love your little ones, we are having a child-free wedding with the exception of Kelsi’s sister Auguste, our niece Maren, and any bonding newborns. We ask that children do not ride the party bus - it’ll get rowdy!
