How should I RSVP?
Navigate to the RSVP tap on this website. If you received an invitation with multiple names on it, only 1 person from your group will need to RSVP. They will make the selections for everyone on the invite. If you have any questions, please reach out to either Kendall or Douglas.
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your invitation. When you RSVP, you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for.
Are kids welcome?
Although we love your little ones, we have decided to make our big day an adults-only event. This pertains to children of all ages including infants, toddlers, kids, and teens. Please refer to your 'RSVP' tab to see if we are able to accommodate your children.
We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and hope you will see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us!
Is there a dress code?
Yes! The dress code is cocktail/garden party attire. No jeans please!
Please be aware that while a majority of the evening will be inside, the ceremony will take place on a paved patio outside (weather permitting).
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will take place outdoors (weather permitting).
Cocktail hour and the reception will be indoors.
How does seating work?
The ceremony will be open seating, so sit wherever your please; however, please allow for immediate family to have the first few rows.
For the reception, we will be carefully arranging tables so our guests are sat with those they know (or their plus one or partner).
What do I do if I am late for the ceremony?
The ceremony will be starting promptly at 4:30pm. We recommend guests arrive between 4:00-4:15 so there is time to mingle and find a seat. If you happen to be late, someone will be there to let you know if they are still allowing guests in or if you will need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens, you will still be able to attend the reception, so hang tight, and we will see you at the reception! Thank you for understanding!
Is there parking available at the venue?
Yes, there is complimentary parking at the venue. There will be a sign from there directing you to the entrance of the ceremony.
If you are enjoying our open bar, you are welcome to leave your car parked at the venue overnight. Please pick up your car by 10:00 the next morning.
Since there will be alcohol, what do we do about driving?
We DO NOT want anyone drinking and driving. Just make sure you pick up your car from the venue by 10:00 the next morning if you plan on leaving your vehicle overnight.
If you are staying at the Holiday Express Inn, there will be shuttle running back and forth from 10pm - midnight.
Can we take our own pictures & videos through the day?
Our ceremony will be unplugged. For this, we ask that all phones and cameras be put away and there to be no pictures or videos taken! You are more than welcome to take photos and videos throughout the course of the reception.
This is such a special day for us, and we have the most amazing photography and videography team documenting our entire day, that way you are able to take it all in, celebrate, and be in the moment with us.
