Update: The block is now only available for Saturday, August 31st. Unfortunately, all Friday rooms are full and we are not able to expand our block due to the Lynyrd Skynyrd Concert and holiday weekend.
To reserve a room with the block, call Treasure Island and request to reserve a room with the Hays Hannan wedding block.

Shuttle Service & Parking
Transportation to the Ceremony
We will provide two buses for transportation to the wedding ceremony. The buses will pick up and drop off directly outside the main entrance of the hotel.
The first bus will arrive at Treasure Island at 3:00 PM and depart at 3:25 PM. It will then arrive at the Holiday Inn Express at 3:40 PM, departing from there at 3:50 PM, and arriving at the venue by 4:00 PM.
The second bus will arrive at Treasure Island at 3:15 PM and depart at 3:40 PM. It will reach the Holiday Inn Express at 3:55 PM, leave at 4:05 PM, and arrive at the venue by 4:15 PM.
Please note that these times are approximate and may vary slightly due to traffic. We recommend arriving at your pick-up location earlier than the scheduled time to ensure you dont miss the bus. On-site parking is also available if the initial buses to the ceremony are full.
Return to Hotels
For the return from the reception, there will be one bus departing at 9:30 PM and 10:30 PM, and two buses departing at 12:00 AM. Each return bus will drop off guests at the Holiday Inn Express first, then at Treasure Island.
Parking
Parking is available at The Skyroom, and cars can be left overnight if picked up by the end of the day on Sunday.
