Q: Are kids welcome?
A: Yes! Bring On the Kiddos. We love your little ones and they’re absolutely invited to celebrate with us.


Q: Can I bring a plus one?
A: Feel free to reach out if you want a plus one.


Q: Can I bring my dog?
A: As much as we love your furry friends, this garden party is people only.


Q: What should I wear?
A: Garden Party Chic! Think dressy casual with fun colors, florals, and flair. Wedges, sandals, and suspenders are encouraged. Skip the stilettos and dress like you’re about to sip a spritz in a blooming garden.


Q: Will there be food?
A: Oh yes! We’ll have a pasta bar, Italian wedding soup (in the city where it was invented!), and a classic Youngstown cookie table. Come hungry!


Q: How do I get to the venue?
A: We’re not providing group transportation, so we kindly ask guests to drive, carpool, or Uber to the venue. Need a ride or want to coordinate with others? Just let us know, we’re happy to help.


Q: Where should I park?
A: All events take place at Fellows Riverside Gardens in Mill Creek Park (123 McKinley Ave, Youngstown, OH). There’s free parking on site, and everything is within walking distance and wheelchair accessible.


Q: Is there a hotel block?
A: Yes! We’ve reserved rooms at the DoubleTree in Downtown Youngstown. We hope to see you there!


Q: What if it rains?
A: You can plan a pretty picnic, but you can’t predict the weather! If it rains, we’ll huddle under the Kidston Pavilion and keep the celebration going. Pack an umbrella just in case. Rain or shine, it’s happening!


Q: Why are you already wearing a wedding dress on the invitation and website?
A: Fair question, and no, we didn’t elope without telling you! David and I did a styled photo shoot for Dolly’s Blossoms (a local floral company) and a boutique that dressed us up in wedding day garb. My cousin did ask if the photos were AI… but, it’s really us! We couldn’t resist using the pics for our invites.
