Do I need to contact Rivage Travel myself to book?

Nope! Just RSVP on this website. Once you do, Jonathan at Rivage Travel will reach out to you directly to get you booked into our room block and set up your payment schedule. If you have questions in the meantime, want to request a specific room, or haven't heard from him within a week or two of RSVPing, feel free to email groups@RivageTravel.com.

How do I book my reservation?

Please RSVP using the "RSVP" link in the menu bar. Upon completion, our Destination Wedding Specialists, "Jonathan & Angela," at Rivage Travel, will reach out to you via email to confirm your arrangements. If you have any questions, please reach out to them directly at groups@RivageTravel.com.

Is this an adults-only wedding?

Sandals Royal Curaçao is an adults-only (18+) resort, so as a general rule, this is an adults-only celebration. If we've specifically invited your children by name on your invitation or RSVP, they're absolutely welcome; otherwise, we kindly ask that you leave the kids at home and treat this as a grown-ups' getaway!

Can I bring a date?

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

What if I don't RSVP on time?

We will miss celebrating with you! We need to provide our venue with exact numbers by a certain date, so please do not RSVP late.

What is a ROH (Run of the House) room?

ROH is a guaranteed room at the resort for the duration of your visit in a premium luxury level accommodation. Room locations are not provided until the day of arrival. At Sandals Royal Curacao, ALL luxury-level rooms look like upgraded Club-Level rooms. The difference is the location and features. (room service and access to the club sandals lounge is not included)

Can I upgrade my Room?

Yes! During our initial consult, we'll discuss the room block. If there is a specific room you would like to book, we can make the request to bring it in. Timing is key, and we recommend reviewing all options at your earliest convenience so we have access to the most inventory.

What is the deposit amount and when is it due?

The initial deposit is $500, followed by a payment equal to 50% of your room total on March 1st, 2027, followed by final payment on July 1st, 2027

Can Rivage Travel book my airfare?:

It is recommended that guests book their own flights. When traveling from different airports, on different schedules, and with different budgets and airline loyalty programs, individual booking gives everyone the flexibility to choose the flights, dates, and price points that work best for you, including the option to arrive early or extend your stay. It also avoids the risk and cost exposure associated with a group air block, where schedule changes, cancellations, or minimum-passenger requirements can create complications. As your travel advocate, we will be here to assist in any way possible should there be delays or interruptions during your travels. We highly recommend booking air 6 - 9 months from travel to ensure the best availability and pricing.

Are passports required?:

Yes, a valid passport is required to visit Curacao. Please make sure your passport is valid for 6 months past the date of your return flight.

What are the cancellation policies?:

Once inside 60 days (July 16th, 2027), no cancellations or refunds are permitted. We highly recommend travel insurance to protect your trip costs in the event you're unable to attend after July 16th, 2027. If canceled between March 1st and July 1st, (25%) of the room cost will be refunded, and if canceled between the initial deposit date and March 1st, 100% can be refunded.

Can I make changes to my existing reservation?:

Changes to your reservation are allowed without a change fee prior to final payment as long as the inventory is available. However, if moving dates outside of the group block, the rate is subject to change.

Is there a dress code?

We're keeping it dressy but tropical — think "resort formal." For guys: linen or lightweight suits and dress shirts, sport coats optional, dress sandals or loafers welcome. For ladies: maxi dresses, jumpsuits, or flowy formal separates in tropical colors and prints. Please skip the flip-flops, shorts, and jeans.

One note: please avoid wearing white, ivory, or champagne — we're saving those shades for the bride!
