Both venues are right on the Chippewa River. The Wannigan has tubes for rent, (MAYBE BOATS). It is a great river to float, fish, or swim in. There is a boat landing at the end of Dam road that accesses the Chippewa Flowage.

This is a small zoo located in Hayward.

Main street in Hayward, or downtown Hayward has a ton of little shops and restaurants. If you go make sure to stop at Tremblay's Sweet Shop.
