Tom spent his childhood summers in Orient, NY, surrounded by salt air and sunsets, while Kerri grew up cherishing her own warm-weather memories in Beach Haven West at her Uncle Bob and Aunt Lynda’s shore house. Every summer, their neighbor John would smile at Kerri and say, “I’m going to find the perfect guy for you.” Little did anyone know how right he would be.Fast forward twenty years…A little over seven years ago, John asked Kerri what she was doing on July 20th. As always, she planned to spend the weekend down the shore. But this time, John insisted she had to be there early on Friday—so she should come down Thursday night. Something in his voice made her listen.Meanwhile…In Haworth, NJ, fate was weaving the other half of the story. A road project brought John, working with PSE&amp;G, together with Tom, the officer assigned to the detail. They clicked instantly, forming the kind of easy friendship that only good timing—and maybe destiny—can create. Before long, John invited Tom to LBI for a weekend, unknowingly setting the final piece in place.And then everything changed…On July 20, 2018, Tom and Kerri finally met. They spent the day on the beach and the night back at the house where everything felt effortlessly right. In John and Tara’s kitchen, amid laughter and the glow of summer, they shared their first kiss—a simple, perfect moment that marked the beginning of forever.

Our Maid of Honor is the bride’s cousin, but she’s always been so much more than that. She is truly her best friend, her other half, and the one who knows her better than anyone.  She has been by her side through every chapter of life, today wouldn’t feel complete without her.

Princess Juliana International Airport is the main airport on the island and is famous for its iconic low-altitude approach over Maho Beach.
