McMenamin hotels are an Oregon based chain that convert historic buildings into hotels. This hotel was once a Catholic school house. There are multiple amenities within the hotel including a restaurant, multiple bars (including a hidden bar), outdoor fire pits and a soaking tub. Blake and I have stayed here multiple times and love it but I will warn you that given its age, it can be a bit noisy.
