Our Ceremony and Reception will be indoors in the same location. Early October in Wisconsin can be unpredictable and typically ranges from 46* to 60* F. Last year, it was warm, but you may want to bring a shawl or sweater in case of cool weather.

We did our best to invite plus one's and children, but if we missed anyone by accident, please let Aaron or Kerry know as soon as possible, as we have a strict number of guests.

Help us get the party started as scheduled! We recommend that you arrive between 2:00-3:00pm to give some time to mingle and make sure everyone is seated on time for our 3:30pm ceremony. There will be no assigned seating, except for a few specific family members, so please Pick a Seat, Not a Side.

We will have a Deluxe Charcuterie board as an appetizer paired with a curated list of open beverages, including beer and soda. Cash Bar for everything else. There will be yard games to play and a fun photo booth with props. Our DJ has a lot of fun ideas to get the crowd going and involve the children in the fun!

Cake cutting after dinner. Beef Tenderloin Tips, Grilled Chicken with Alfredo Sauce, Baby Red Mashed Potatoes, Honey Butter Skillet Corn, and Dinner Rolls. Childrens Meals will be Chicken Tenders and French Fries with Ketchup and Ranch. If you indicated a dietary restriction, please let the servers know. The gluten free/vegan entree is Quinoa Stuffed Peppers with Balsamic Glaze. Seating will not be assigned, except for a few tables up front for specific family members.

First Dances begin around 7pm and we will dance into the night, ending around midnight. You'll have worked up an appetite with all that dancing, so Aaron and Kerry have arranged for a Late Night Snack of Gourmet Pizzas, which will be served around 8pm.

All smoking must be done outdoors in the parking lot. The ceremony area looks like it is outdoors but it is not. No outside beverages can be brought in. The venue charges a large penalty if they catch anyone bringing in drinks.

If you find that you have missed the deadline, please reach out to Aaron or Kerry right away. We will try our best to accommodate you on our special day, however, our vendors require exact numbers so we cannot promise your RSVP will be accepted.

We will miss you! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will NOT attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "attending", but find that you will not be able to make it, please notify Aaron or Kerry as soon as you are aware.

We have reserved blocks of rooms at two different hotels in downtown La Crosse, WI. Please look at the "Travel" tab and let Aaron or Kerry know if you run into any issues or have any questions.

There are several airports that serve the greater La Crosse area, including Chicago, Milwaukee, Minneapolis-St.Paul and the La Crosse airport. Amtrak and Greyhound also serve the greater La Crosse area.
