The above rate includes the following:

· Accommodation on single / double occupancy.

· Use of swimming pool and gymnasium.

· Twin sharing is subject to availability. Separate duvets can be arranged on prior

· 15% discounts on food, soft beverages, laundry and spa services – food and soft beverages discount will not be applicable on New Year Festivity meals.

Terms and Conditions

· Above rates are on a per night basis and includes breakfast internet access for 4 devices only. Rates are Exclusive of 18% GST.

· The Check-in time is 14:00 Hrs and Check-out time is 12:00 Hrs. Early arrival before 12:00hrs and late departure beyond 17:00 Hrs will be charged additionally at 50% of the above mentioned rates.

· In case of cancellation of individual rooms before check in or an eventual no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge amount equivalent to room billing inclusive of taxes for entire length of stay as Retention. All room and incidental charges are chargeable to your personal account and must be settled upon check-out.

· The above rates are valid only till the 30th July 2024

· An advance payment is mandatory for confirming the reservation; we will be sending a payment link to the above provided email address which can be used to pay for the reservation.

· All non-Guaranteed and non-reserved rooms will be released on the 31st October 2024.

Please note:

Charges for usage of all extras like laundry, minibar, room service, business center, tobacco, liquor, transportation, spa, sight-seeing, conveyance, spouses program etc. and any other facility utilized other than as part of the package will be charged as per actual usage at the hotel’s normal rates.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

· These rates net and non-commissionable and are on a per night basis.

· These are special rates for this movement only and shall not be extended otherwise.

· The room rates are subject to 18% GST. Should there be any change in the tax structure same shall be applicable.

· The hotel will have the right to cancel the booking in case the advance payment is not received by the hotel.

· All disputes will be settled subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai Courts as per the laws prevalent in India at the time of signing the contract.

· All government policies/regulations prevalent during the time of your event / conference / stay will apply. Trident Nariman Point, Mumbai will not be held responsible for any subsequent changes in the Government policies, rules and / or regulations which will / may have a bearing on the Terms and Conditions of our agreement. In such an event, the Terms and Conditions mentioned herein in this contract will remain valid.

GUARANTEE / CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY

· Released non-guaranteed reservations will be accommodated subject to availability of rooms.

· The above terms and conditions will apply to both the parties except ‘Force Majeure’.

· The Hotel will not accept any responsibility for damage or loss of merchandise left in the Hotel prior to, during or after the function. Organizers should arrange their own insurance and/or security.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

· No cancellation charges apply until 31st October 2024 for the number of rooms cancelled.

· For any reserved and guaranteed rooms cancelled post 31st October 2024 , a 100 % retention will be applicable.

· In case of No-show of any confirmed guest, retention will be charged for the entire length of stay.

CONFIRMATION / PAYMENT SCHEDULE / BILLING POLICIES

· All guests will need to pay and guarantee their reservations by the 31st October 2024.

· All non-guaranteed reservations will be released on the 31st October 2024.

· Please note that hotel reserves the right to cancel the event in case of non-adherence to the above terms & conditions.

· If the deposit amount specified is not received by the date indicated, regrettably the reservation for the event may be subject to cancellation without prior notice. Reinstatement of the reservation can only be made upon receipt of payment and to the extent that rooms and function space are then available.

BILLING INSTRUCTIONS

· 100% advances to be paid up directly by the guest for accommodation charges.

· All incidental charges to be settled by guests individually at the time of check out.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT

· Our check-in/check-out time is 1400hrs and 1200hrs respectively

· Reservations with check-in prior to 0900hrs are held from the previous evening and are billed from the previous evening itself.

· For check in between 0900hrs to 1200hrs, half day rate would be charged for the early check in.

· All check-out till 1600hrs will be charged half day rate and any check-out post 1600hrs will be charged a full day rate.
