They say not take on an office romance. That if you date your co-worker you will find it to become: too messy, too awkward, too risky.


What they don’t mention, however is what else you might find. Such as the one who sees a mess as an opportunity to create and grow, the one who turns awkward moments into long lasting laughable memories, the one worth taking a risk for.


Now that all the sappy stuff is out of the way.. I’m so glad 6 years ago Kevin and I found ourselves across the work floor from one another and took that “risk”


What started as random lunch dates here and there has now turned into us asking each other the most important question of every day.. “what should we do for dinner tonight?”


We have been able to create so many memories that we can’t wait to continue to grow and share together.


Something I’d like to note (Alyssa) is that not only do I love Kevin because he is amazing in himself but there is a part of him that he has trusted me with that I’ll be forever grateful for; Jade. She’s been such a sounding piece in our relationship and we wouldn’t be complete without her by our sides (and our puppy, Hiii Luna girl)


2023 was a big year for us as we hit a major milestone in our relationship.


We bought our first home!


On the same day we signed and got our keys.. Kevin had one more plan on how to make the day even better and he got down on one knee.


Easiest “WHAT?! YES!” in my life
