It all began at Trinity University in spring 2011 when a mutual friend invited Sam and Kevin on a run together. Sam was too shy to talk to Kevin, and Kevin thought Sam was a bit odd (she was very quiet and didn't speak to him because she thought he was cute and she was intimidated). Their paths didn't cross again until September 2011. That night, amidst the music and lights on the dance floor, they locked eyes, and the rest is history.

Atlanta August 17, 2022

On Wednesday, August 17th, 2022, we hiked to the top of Stone Mountain. We passed carvings of couples' initials, some dating back to the 70's. When we reached the summit, Kevin got down on one knee and proposed with the Georgia skyline around us. We will never forget this moment!

Fun fact, this is where Kevin's grandparents got married!
