Transportation between Oak Bay Beach Hotel and Hatley Castle will be provided on the day of the wedding. There is on-site parking at Hatley for guests who choose to drive.

We are asking guests attending our Friday evening Welcome Party to please wear garden cocktail party attire and guests attending the Saturday wedding to please follow a black-tie optional dress code.

Guests are welcome to wear anything from formal attire (a suit or long dress) to black-tie attire (an evening gown or a tuxedo). Appropriate attire options for a black-tie-optional dress code include full-length gowns, long formal dresses, dressy jumpsuits and pantsuits, tuxedos and suits. We've opted to host adults-only wedding events. As such, children, including newborns, are not invited to the welcome party or wedding.

Due to space constraints, we are unable to extend +1 invitations to our guests. To confirm who is invited, please reference the outside of your invitation envelope or when RSVPing.

Please let us know about your dietary restriction when you RSVP. If our caterers are unable to accommodate, we will let you know.

The welcome party and wedding day events will be outdoors. Please keep an eye on the weather forecast!
