Take a Kenmore Air seaplane from Seattle's Lake Union directly to Victoria Harbor (LKE-YWH).

Note: seaplanes often run behind schedule, and are very susceptible to weather delays or cancellations.

Similar to Kenmore Air, Harbor Air operates flights from Lake Union to Victoria Harbor.

Take the Victoria (Swartz Bay) ferry from Vancouver (Tsawwassen) by car. Reservations should be made far in advance.

Note: the Washington State Ferry from Anacortes to Victoria is currently not operating.

Multiple airlines fly to Victoria International Airport (YYJ). There are several rental car companies located at the airport, and the drive to Oak Bay Beach Hotel is approximately 45 minutes.
