We are kindly requesting a black only color palette. For ladies, we're encouraging black floor length or below the knee dresses. While we gladly welcome men to wear tuxedos, they are not required. A black or any dark color suit paired with a white dress shirt will suffice. We kindly request our guests abstain from wearing jeans, above the knee, or white dresses.

Yes, however the block is limited and spots are being claimed quickly. There is more information on this in the travel and accommodations tab. The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:30pm. We ask all guests to arrive early around 2pm.

The ceremony is being held at Cathedral of Christ the King (299 Colony Boulevard Lexington, KY 40502). Transportation will not be provided there, so guests should plan on driving themselves or arranging a rideshare (Uber or Lyft).

While we appreciate everyone’s eagerness to capture the shared moments together, we are asking for attendees at the Church to refrain from photographing during the ceremony. A professional team will be in attendance to capture our forever moments!

Yes. We will have a shuttle bus running from 5:15pm to 12am. The pickup spot is Lexington Marriott Griffin Gate Resort (1800 Newtown Pike Lexington, KY 40511) and the venue drop off is the Club at UK’s Spindletop Hall (3414 Iron Works Pike Lexington, KY 40511). There will be continual revolving shuttle service between the aforementioned hours.

There is free and ample parking at Cathedral of Christ the King and The Club at UK’s Spindletop Hall. Although transportation will be provided to Spindletop, those who drive there are able to leave their vehicles overnight if they please.

While we wish we could include everyone, there is limited space at Spindletop Hall. All guests who are invited are specifically notated on the invitation.

This will be an adults only event with the exception of children who are specifically named on the invitation. Thank you for your understanding.

The dinner is being held in the dining rooms at the Club at UK’s Spindletop Hall with the dance floor being held in an outdoor but covered patio.

The monthly May average in Lexington ranges from 54-74 degrees. The end of May usually trends into the mid 70’s.

The Spindletop Reception will conclude at Midnight. From Midnight to 2am we have a rented space in the Marriott Griffin Gate with a cash bar.
