When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?
The RSVP deadline will be on March 23, 2024. Please visit the RSVP tab and follow the prompts. You will be able to RSVP for everyone listed in your party.
What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
Please dress in semi-formal/cocktail attire. Attire includes: cocktail dresses, floor-length dresses, suit and tie, or sports coat with slacks. The bride and groom invite you to join in the weddings color palate by wearing black, jewel tones (emerald green, red, sapphire, etc.), or champagne!
Where is the ceremony and reception taking place?
Both the ceremony and reception will take place outdoors at the Plummer Family Ranch. Be aware this is a rural area with limited cell phone service. There will be a tented area and seating for guests as well. Please expect weather conditions to be warm and that of a typical Southern California day, but bring jackets to accommodate for cooler temperatures in the evening.
Can I bring a date?
The wedding is strictly RSVP only. Only those listed in the RSVP party will be able to be accommodated.
Are kids welcome?
Yes! However, due to the limited guest list, only children that were noted in your RSVP party should be in attendance. Again, please be cognizant of the rural location. Safety is our biggest priority! You are also encouraged to consider a kids free night for some adult only fun!
Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?
After the ceremony, there will be a cocktail hour where the bride and groom's signature drinks will be served while they take some photos. After that, only beer, wine, soda, water, and seltzers will be offered at their open bar. Appetizers will also be available during this time. Dinner will be served at around 6:15 PM. There will be buffet-style Mexican catering. Dietary restrictions have been accounted for.
Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?
No. You will be responsible for getting yourself to the venue. The area for parking is in close proximity to both the ceremony and reception. If you need assistance getting from the parking area to the ceremony site please let the couple know so they can accommodate transportation.
Are there hotel accommodations?
Room blocks have been set up to accommodate out of town guests. The hotels are located in the local Murrieta and Temecula, CA area. Please check out the couple's travel page for more info!
Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?
Yes, guests are encouraged to post pictures on their social media. We would love to see all the pictures you had captured! However, the bride and groom request that you keep your cell phones/cameras away during the ceremony.
I still have questions, what is the best way to contact you?
The couple ask you to please reach out to their day of coordinator, Lisa, if you have any additional questions. She can be reached at: (951)-219-2623.
