Weddings are especially important, because without the wedding of their dear friends Kevin and Mazy would never have met! The two then began dating after yet another wedding brought them together in the Seattle area, and from there the rest is history!

They quickly began adventuring together and took the brave leap of faith to travel to Europe together from Ireland, to Belgium to Spain and after only a month in a real relationship!

Clearly it was meant to be as they had the trip of a lifetime and solidified that they brought each other joy and got to know each other with unforgettable laughter and memories. No sooner had they returned home, they both agreed to begin living together and to try life in a new place.

Whitefish, Montana was an ideal location as they found a perfect rental house that would allow them to easily explore the area with their large German Shepherd/Husky dog, have fun, make friends, and spend time with Mazy's brother David and his wife Sarah who had lived there for many years.

As tragedy struck with the passing of Kevin's father Michael, Kevin felt the draw to connect with a place he and his dad had traveled to on one of their many adventures out West, Seeley Lake, Montana. After finding a beautiful spot on the edge of National Forest land, Kevin and Mazy made the move to being part-time residents of both Montana towns.

Having embedded in the community of Seeley Lake and having both found intriguing and suitable jobs, they now primarily reside in Seeley Lake but do maintain a small rental cabin in Whitefish that they often use on weekends.

Mazy and Kevin love to explore small towns and antique shops, both in the West and on any trips they take, including on their journeys to Puerto Rico, a place they find exciting and fascinating.

The couple adores their senior dog Neivo, who is absolutely perfect in the feet of snow they live in for several months of the year. From ice fishing to snowmobiling, and in the summer kayaking and fly fishing they are taking in the best of what Montana has to offer and try to get the most out of life.

This is especially true for Kevin as he is always aware of the gift of life and the short time we may have on Earth, as he fondly remembers the laughter and memories he had with this mother Elaine and his father Michael who both passed away. Mazy is committed to bringing Kevin comfort and support through whatever challenges life provides, and Alan and Leona Marx, Mazy's parents, are delighted to welcome Kevin into their family.

The couple is extremely excited about their special event and know that it will be but one of many happy memories they are making in their lives and hope that their guests find inspiration in their own lives by seeing the smiles on the faces of this happy couple.
