Kevin and Leeya first met in a library at Dartmouth College. Kevin had just finished an all-nighter for a final, while Leeya was about to go on her freshman orientation trip. Luckily for Kevin, this first encounter with greasy hair and bags under his eyes didn’t leave too negative of an impression on Leeya...

Or maybe it did, as they didn’t date for another 3 years. Leeya said she was willing to give dating a chance if she could find a summer internship in Boston, where Kevin was working at the time. Without hesitation, Kevin let Leeya know his workplace was hiring :) They worked together that summer and started seeing each other as well.

In the summer of 2020, during the peak of the pandemic, Leeya and Kevin moved across the country together to California!

Since then, they’ve been on many adventures together, such as going camping...

visiting new places...

smelling flowers...

hiking new heights...

viewing sunsets...

appreciating art...

becoming cat parents...

eating great meals...

picking fruit...

and just enjoying their time together!

Eventually, after keeping Leeya waiting for way too long, Kevin popped the question! (And Leeya said yes)

Now we're just so excited for all of the adventures ahead of us!
