How do I RSVP?

We will open our RSVP form on our website after invitations go out in early 2026. If you already know for a fact you can’t attend, please feel free to reach out to us directly at any time. We’ll miss you!

Where should I stay?

Our wedding and reception will be at the Kahala Hotel. The Kahala is a great choice for those of you looking for a more quiet, relaxing, and private stay. For those of you who do choose to stay at the Kahala, please let the hotel know when making your reservation that you will be there for our wedding for a discount. Otherwise, we suggest first-time visitors to Hawaii stay in Waikiki, where you're surrounded by tourist-friendly shops, restaurants, and beaches. Waikiki is generally more affordable and walk-friendly than the Kahala. For those of you staying in Waikiki, we recommend carpooling in an Uber or Lyft to the venue.

It's my first time in Hawaii. Any advice?

Yes! We'll be posting tidbits on where to stay, what to do, and other advice soon, so please check back! If you have any specific questions in the meantime, feel free to text us, and we're more than happy to help.

What is the parking situation at the wedding venue like?

Paid parking is available (note that parking could cost upwards of $20/hour!). We recommend carpooling in an Uber or Lyft, if possible.

What time should I arrive at the wedding venue?

Please plan to arrive 20-30 minutes before the ceremony to make sure you can get settled in.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will be outdoors on the Plumeria Grove (right outside the Plumeria Beach House), with an indoor reception in the Maile ballroom to follow. While we do hope for clear skies, we cannot assure it will be, so check the weather the night before! Either way, don't forget to wear sunscreen!

Is there a dress code?

We want you to feel comfortable at our wedding, however we are requesting semi- formal attire. For our out-of-island guests, please note that this means aloha/floral shirts and dresses are okay! Although we have no formal restriction, we'd also like to encourage our guests to wear colorful attire (no black/white if possible).

When will Kevin/Leeya be on-island?

Unfortunately, because of Leeya's summer job, Leeya will not know when she will be on-island until March. However, Kevin will be on-island starting a few days before and for a few days following the wedding. We'll be putting together an itinerary for the day before and the day after the wedding where we'll encourage guests to join us in some activities around the island! Stay tuned, we'll post this on our wedding website.

Do you have a gift registry?

No, we have everything and then some in our small apartment! Your presence at our wedding is more than enough, and we'd also like to ask our guests not to bring any physical gifts, as we live off-island.
