Guest should arrive between 3:15PM- 3:30PM as the ceremony starts at 4:00PM.

Parking is limited at the venue, we recommend carpooling where possible. Uber/Lyfts are available but limited in the Estes Park area.

Yes! Our dress code is cocktail/formal. We suggest that men wear a suit and women wear a cocktail dress or a nice pantsuit/jumpsuit. The weather could be cold at night, so bring a jacket as well! We also recommend Fall colors and no bright spring colors to fit the fall theme of the wedding.

Although we adore your kids, we ask you kindly leave your kids at home for this event. Date night!

We recommended staying at either Quality Inn in Estes Park or Murphys Resort, as we have a wedding block under the Knox party for both. Also, the Stanley Hotel is a great choice or Holiday Inn in Estes Park.

Transportation will be provided to and from the wedding. Estes Park Shuttles will be picking up from Murphys Resort and the Estes Park Visitor Center. Pick up times begin at 2:30 and end at 3:30 (1-hour time slot) on the wedding day. Shuttles will also be picking up from venue and either taking to Murphys Resort, Vistors Center, or the Wheel Bar after reception. Pick up time from the Wheel Bar is 1AM.

We have Estes Park shuttle taking us to a bar called Wheel Bar. The bar closes at 2AM but our shuttles will be picking everyone up at 1AM to take back either to hotels Murphys Resort or venue!
