Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?
Both the ceremony and reception will be taking place at Spruce Mountain Ranch at the Upper Ranch.
What time should I arrive?
Plan to arrive by 5:00 PM. Guests should arrive by no later than 5:15 PM to allow time to park and get to your seats. The ceremony will start promptly at 5:30 PM.
Is the event outdoors?
Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors. The reception will be indoors.
Are kids invited?
Our preference is that you leave your kids at home and enjoy a night out but we recognize this is more difficult for some of our guests (i.e. out of state. If your children are not listed on the RSVP, but you would like to bring them. Please let either Isaac or Kianna know, so we can prepare a seat for them.
Can I bring a guest/date?
We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to venue capacity and budget constraints, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "[Your Name] & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for your understanding.
Is there a dress code?
We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting cocktail attire (semi-formal).
Is transportation provided?
We will not be providing transportation to or from the event. Please have a plan in place to make it home safely if you plan to drink. Uber/Lyft are also recommended; however, ride sharing services are fairly unreliable out at the venue. Please arrange for a prescheduled pickup if you do not plan on driving. If your plans change throughout the night, your vehicle can be left in the event center parking lot and can be picked up the next morning. Spruce Mountain is a gated property. Front gates close at the end of the wedding and do not reopen at regular times. If vehicles are left in the parking lot, they may not be able to be retrieved in the morning.
