The ceremony will be located at The Lodge at Two Moons Venue at the outdoor ceremony location. There will be signage to assist you in finding your way to the ceremony location. Please do keep in mind when planning your attire that the venue is at 5,000 feet, and there is a potential for the weather to be cold. The average temperatures in Oakhurst in November are a low of 32 F and a high of 57 F.

You should expect the ceremony to last 30 minutes - 1 hour. It will be very different from traditional wedding ceremonies and everyone will have a hand in it in some way.

The reception will be mainly indoors. However, there is an outdoor area on the deck should guests prefer to be outside. There will be a fire on the deck.

Mostly, we want you to be comfortable. It is going to be a long day with lots of fun packed in! Formal or cocktail attire is best, but if you'd like to dress a little more snazzy, black tie is also an option. As long as you feel your best, we're here to celebrate and have an amazing time!

If there are additional seats saved for people you'd like to bring along, this will be noted on your invitation. Additionally, if you have children that you would like to bring with you, please reach out to Kiara if there is not space on the RSVP for them to join. We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner. If you have special dietary restrictions, please include that in your RSVP so that we may plan accordingly.

There will be an open bar for the first hour. From that point on, the bar will be a cash bar.

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at 84 Andover Road Billerica, MA 01821. A wedding card box will be at our reception.

The ceremony will begin at approximately 3pm. It is best for your to arrive around 2pm so that you can park and walk to the ceremony location. We request that everyone is settled in their seats by 2:30. Please note that due to the intimate nature of the wedding ceremony, you will not be allowed into the space if you arrive late. There will be an hour between the ceremony and the beginning of the reception, with hors d'oeuvres served during that time. Finally, the reception will begin at around 5pm, and the space is available to us until everyone has departed.

Of course, there is the beauty of Yosemite about 45 minutes away from our venue. If you love to hike or take in nature, there are plenty of places around the venue to do that.
