Please plan to arrive early to the venue! Access to the venue will be closed promptly at 4:00 pm until the ceremony is over at 4:30 pm.
There are several ways guests can plan to arrive at the venue. We recommend carpooling or getting dropped off by friends/family if you are local to the area.
Laurel Avenue does not have a good turn-around point for cars. If you plan to get dropped off, please get dropped off at the end of the street and walk in to the venue. Please do not park on Laurel Avenue or block the homes/driveways of residents.
For our out-of-town guests, UBER IS NOT A RELIABLE FORM OF TRANSPORTATION IN TUOLUMNE.
For the majority of our guests, please plan to make use of our designated meeting points.
There are 2 meeting points available for wedding guests to park at.
1. Saint Joseph's Catholic Church

Both meeting points have parking lots and plenty of street parking available. Volunteers will be shuttling guests to the wedding venue from both meeting points starting at 2:50 pm. The last shuttle will leave from each location at around 3:45 pm.
After the ceremony ends, until 9:30 pm, there will be volunteers available to take guests back to their cars.
Please be super mindful of these locations, who are kindly agreeing to let us use their parking lots. If you plan to leave your car overnight and return in the morning to get it, please park on the street around one of the meeting points, rather than in their parking lot. Especially be aware of this if you are parking at St. Joseph's, who will need access to their parking lot for people attending church the next morning on Sunday, June 15th.
