Our Wedding

A huge thank you to John and Marlice Rosasco for letting us gather on their property to celebrate with you all!

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Rosasco Ranch 18700 Laurel Avenue, Tuolumne, Ca 95379.

There will be no on site parking, please visit our "Parking" page for more detailed instructions about where to park and how to access/exit the venue.

Venue

There will be no on site parking available at the venue! Please check back on this page before the wedding date for the most up-to-date parking information.

Please plan to arrive early to the venue! Access to the venue will be closed promptly at 4:00 pm until the ceremony is over at 4:30 pm.

There are several ways guests can plan to arrive at the venue. We recommend carpooling or getting dropped off by friends/family if you are local to the area. Laurel Avenue does not have a good turn-around point for cars. If you plan to get dropped off, please get dropped off at the end of the street and walk in to the venue. Please do not park on Laurel Avenue or block the homes/driveways of residents. For our out-of-town guests, UBER IS NOT A RELIABLE FORM OF TRANSPORTATION IN TUOLUMNE. For the majority of our guests, please plan to make use of our designated meeting points.There are 2 meeting points available for wedding guests to park at.1. Saint Joseph's Catholic Church18473 Gardner AveTuolumne, CA 95379 2. Summerville Elementary School18451 Carter StTuolumne, CA 95379 Both meeting points have parking lots and plenty of street parking available. Volunteers will be shuttling guests to the wedding venue from both meeting points starting at 2:50 pm. The last shuttle will leave from each location at around 3:45 pm. After the ceremony ends, until 9:30 pm, there will be volunteers available to take guests back to their cars.

Please be super mindful of these locations, who are kindly agreeing to let us use their parking lots. If you plan to leave your car overnight and return in the morning to get it, please park on the street around one of the meeting points, rather than in their parking lot. Especially be aware of this if you are parking at St. Joseph's, who will need access to their parking lot for people attending church the next morning on Sunday, June 15th.

Parking

Schedule is subject to change. Please check back in the days leading up to the wedding for the most up-to-date information. 2:50pm Shuttles to the venue begin. PLEASE PLAN TO ARRIVE EARLY, THERE IS NO ON-SITE PARKING. 3:45pm Last shuttle to the venue. 4:00pm-4:30pm Ceremony. 4:30pm-5:30pm Cocktail hour, enjoy drinks and snacks at the reception. 5:30pm Dinner served. 6:30pm Toasts and cake-cutting. 7:00pm First dance, parent dances, open dancing after. 9:00pm Last song and reception ends. Shuttles available back to your car starting after the ceremony until 9:30pm.

Our dress code for our backyard garden party wedding will be casual wedding attire. Short or long sleeve, collared shirts and slacks for men.Casual summer dresses, jumpsuits, or slacks for women. Wear what makes you comfortable, but please no jeans, shorts, flip flops, or sneakers. The property where the wedding will be held is on a gravel and dirt lot and the ceremony will be on grass. High heels are not recommended unless they are sturdy!

Dress Code

Am i allowed to bring a plus one?

Due to the small size of the venue, we are keeping our guest list limited. All those who are invited to attend the wedding are included in the address line of their invitation envelope.

Are young children allowed to attend?

Yes, although they are not included in the address line of the invitation envelope, young children (under 10) are able to attend the wedding. Please contact Kiki directly if you plan to bring your young children, so they can be accurately counted in the catering order.

When should i RSVP by?

Please RSVP by March 14, 2025.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Both the ceremony and reception are outdoors. The main house at 18700 Laurel Avenue is a private residence and will be closed to guests. Portable restrooms will be available for guest use.

What will the weather be like?

During June, the temperature in Tuolumne typically begins heating up for the summer. Usually, you can expect daily highs of 80-90 degrees and lows of 60-65 degrees.
