The cabin registration link will open once the formal invitations have been sent out. This is when you will be able to book your cabin and pay for your accommodations, just like you would typically book your room through the hotel block.

Please note that cabins will be assigned once RSVP’s are received. We will be prioritizing the limited private cabins for elders, members of wedding party and immediate family. Close groups of friends and family members will be placed in larger cabins together, but there is no need to worry about bunking with someone you do not know.

Cabins

Cabin assignments will be provided upon arrival at camp. When RSVP's go out, we will have a "cabin preference" section where you can make requests. We will do our best to accommodate all requests, but please keep in mind that it may not be possible to fulfill everyone's wishes.

It is important to note that you will *not* be placed in a cabin with someone you barely know or do not know at all!

Bathrooms and showers are located within each cabin.

Airport

PORTLAND INTERNATIONAL JETPORT

If you need to or choose to fly, Portland International Jetport is the closest airport to the camp. The airport is approximately 40 minutes away.

Direct flights are available from both JFK and LGA. Please make sure when you are booking to double check the arrival or departure airport. There are limited daily flights into Portland airport, so very often BOSTON airport does appear when searching.

Uber & Lyft

Ubers and Lyfts are not typically in the area around camp. If you plan to stay at camp or in the Naples area you should plan to have a car, whether you drive your own, rent one, or carpool with friends. You could take an Uber from Portland/ the airport to camp but you probably wont be able to get one back to the airport on Sunday.

Cross Island Ferry

Driving from Long Island? One option is to also take the ferry from Orient Point to New London, CT or Port Jefferson to Bridgeport, CT. This doesn’t save on travel time but does make for an easier ride to and/or from Maine.
