There are two main ways to get around Cape Town and these include:
Car Hire and Ubers, both of which are cheap easy options.
Car Hire: You can hire a car through the normal hiring groups at the airport (Hertz, Avis, Europcar etc). Driving is on the UK side of the road – make sure you have cell data (organize
roaming or a sim before you go as you will need this for maps). If you are with standard UK networks such as Vodaphone/O2 you can usually pay an extra £2-£3 a day for data, but double check this before travelling.

Uber – you will need to go to a specific parking lot for pick up at the airport, this is easy to find and signs are clear. Uber is easy to use in Cape Town but will be difficult in Franschhoek so best to rent a car to get to the wedding party.
