Along the oceanfront boardwalk at 31st is the Neptune statue where we got engaged! We also enjoy going there during summer nights to tell tourist tall tails about the statue.
Several restaurants and stores are located near this hot spot. There is frequently live entertainment.

There will also be a Kite Festival from 11am-4pm with free admission.
