We request that guests arrive at around 3pm. Please be advised the ceremony will start promptly at 3:30pm. Should guests arrive late they may not gain entrance into the venue until after the wedding ceremony. Kim & John would like to have a group photo at the end of the wedding ceremony, they have requested that guests remain in the grass area close to the arbour so that an aerial group photo can be taken. Getting this photo is important to them and they are grateful for your understanding.
