TWR has a responsible service of alcohol policy, and it is illegal to serve intoxicated or underage guests. Children must be supervised at all times and remain with an adult they are not permitted to wander around the retreat. All western doors must remain closed when the music is at a higher volume for dancing. All guests not staying at the retreat must leave at the end of the function. REMINDER TO GUESTS TO LEAVE QUIETLY. Please conduct all goodbyes inside, not in the car park area As we are in a residential area, please remember no beeping of car horns We would like to avoid complaints to the Police from neighbors as excessive noise can result in fines - this can be avoided if guests are respectful that TWR is in a residential area

The ceremony is estimated to be 45 minutes long. It will be a garden-style ceremony with limited seating. Please be aware seating has been pre-assigned. It is recommended you have comfortable shoes for standing on the lawn. The reception will be a formal, seated function. Gates open at 3pm, guest arrival from 3.30pm. Ceremony will start 4pm.

We have made the decision to host a child-free wedding. As our venue borders a cliff with a sheer drop of 100+ metres, it is not a suitable environment for children. The venue operator has strong recommendations and legalities with having children on the premises.
