Yes, guests will have to wear a mask and/or face covering to the wedding as of March 2021.
During cocktail hour, guests can remove their masks and/or face coverings to drink and eat appetizers. Once guests are seated at the reception, guests may also then remove their masks and/or face coverings.
This is subject to change based upon Q Center regulations and CDC recommendations. We will post an update on our wedding website if there are any changes.
Q Center is doing everything in its power to keep its guests safe, including practicing all the common safety measures we've grown accustomed to since March 2020.

Yes, we respectfully request children under the age of 16 do not attend our wedding (with the exception of those children in the wedding party). This is due to COVID-19 capacity restrictions.

Yes, we will be live streaming our wedding! The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception introductions will be broadcast to you.
If you cannot attend our wedding in-person, please leave your email address in the "Notes to the Couple" section in your RSVP. We will email you a link to our wedding live stream once we have access to the link.

The ceremony is outdoors at Q Center's pavilion.
(If there is a weather issue, it will be moved indoors, but there will be plenty of signs to direct guests to the correct place.)
The reception is indoors at Q Center's Fox River ballroom. This room is only a short walk away from the pavilion. There will also be plenty of signs directing guests to the correct place.
The ceremony will begin at 4 PM.
Cocktail hour will begin at 5 PM.
The reception will begin at 6 PM with dinner service slated to begin around 6:30 PM.
Dinner will last approx. 90 minutes (until approx. 8 PM).
Yes, there is plenty of parking on Q Center grounds. The parking lot is about equal distance away from the pavilion (ceremony site) and Fox River ballroom (reception site).
The main Q Center entrance is at the intersection of Route 25 (N. 5th Ave.) and Country Club Rd. It is a gated entrance.
The gate attendant will ask for your name and/or the event you'll be attending when you arrive. You'll then receive a parking pass for your car to keep on your dashboard.
The attendant can give you directions to the parking lot, but there will also be signs directing guests on where to go.
