Q + A

What time should I arrive at the Ceramony?

Please try to arrive around 12:30pm, as the ceremony will have a strict start time of 1pm.

What is the dress code?

Semi-Formal (i.e. cocktail dresses, flowy dresses, jumpsuits, simple suit jackets, button down shirt, chino pants). While we want you to wear what makes you feel fabulous, we please request that you don’t wear white since this is the respective bridal color.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoor or outdoors?

All events will be indoor, however, there is some outdoor space at our reception venue if you'd like to enjoy some fresh air.

What will your wedding-day timeline look like?

We will begin with the ceremony at 1pm - this will last around 1 hour, there will be a gap from 2-4pm. During this time we encourage you to take some professional photos with us, relax and/or explore the beautiful city of Waco. Please see the 'Things to Do' tab if you are needing some fun ideas for what to explore.

Is there parking available at the ceremony/reception spaces?

Yes, parking will be available at both locations.

Can I bring my kids?

Our wedding day will be child friendly, however, if we did not include your children accidently on your invitation, please communicate with us so we can include them in our headcount.

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

Drinks - beer, wine, tea, and water. Food - BBQ chicken, brisket, mac and cheese, potato salad, and salad. If you have dietary restrictions please communicate these to us in advance so we can do our best to take these into account with our caterer.

Have you booked a hotel block for guests?

Yes, please head over to the 'Hotel Room Block' tab to book room at a discounted rate. Please keep in mind the booking window will close 5/10/23 and we have limited rooms available, so we highly encourage you to book ASAP.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

We will have an unplugged ceremony; we respectfully ask that you put all electronics away and enjoy this special moment with us.

Can I bring my gift to the wedding?

Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience.
