Travel/Accommodations
Out of town guests will be responsible for travel arrangements including airfare, transportation to and from the airport (Seattle-Tacoma International Airport - SeaTac), and accommodations for the remainder of their stay. We are only providing a hotel room block for the night before (7/17) and the night of the wedding (7/18). We will also provide a shuttle to transport guests to and from the Kulshan Hotel to the venue.
The Kulshan Hotel
This hotel is approximately 15 minutes from Creekside Celebrations. A shuttle will be provided to and from the hotel to the venue.
How to Book Your Room for the Dudeck Wedding
We have arranged a special group rate of $205 + tax per night at The Kulshan Hotel for the wedding weekend July 17–18, 2026.
To receive this special rate, you must:
1) Stay both nights (Friday & Saturday) – 2-night minimum required
2) Call the hotel directly at 360-207-1369
3) Mention you are part of the Dudeck Wedding group block and give the wedding dates when booking.
4) Book prior to June 5th, 2026 - any unbooked rooms will be released after this date and the special group rate will no longer apply.
*Large suites have been reserved for families with 2+ children at the same group rate.
If you wish to stay only one night, you can book directly online at www.thekulshanhotel.com at the public rate (no group discount available for single night reservations).
There are several other hotels in the area as well, potentially offering lower room rates. Please keep in mind that a shuttle will not be provided at other hotels.
