There will be 2 shuttles that will make 1 trip to bring guests to the venue. The shuttles will leave around 3:15 - 3:30pm to arrive at the venue by 3:35-3:55pm.

Grazing table with cheese and crackers and Swedish meatballs will be available and our open bar (bring cash to tip!). The photo booth will be open as well. The bartenders will ID anyone who looks under the age of 30, so bring your IDs!

Buffet style dinner will begin after the champagne toasts. The open bar will be available. Dessert food truck, Sweet Whimsies, will arrive during dinner and be open before 7pm. lt will be available for a couple of hours.

The bar and Photo Booth will be available until 10:30pm. The dance floor will close just before 11:30pm so the Bride and Groom can close their wedding day with a private last dance. Shuttles back to hotel block start at 8:30pm and will go until around 11:45pm.
