What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Please arrive at 4:30pm. Our ceremony will begin at 5:00pm.
What is the dress code?
Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?
We will have an outdoor ceremony, weather permitting. There is cover, and it's a short walk back into The Bond hall through a short alleyway, but it might be chilly!!! Feel free to bring a blankie and coats. We shall see!
Is there parking available at the wedding venue?
Yes. Parking is available right across the street. No overnight parking.
Can I bring my kids?
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?
Pass around hor dourves during cocktail hour. Open bar. Full sit down dinner.
I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?
Please please please write it clearly on your RSVP. We will do our best to accommodate!!!
Will there be an open bar?
Of course.
Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?
The Yorktowne Hotel, Tapestry Collection by Hilton is where the hotel block will be. There are TONS of other hotels close by, but The Yorktowne is within a couple blocks walking.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?
Please respond by Sept 1st, 2024. Mail only, please.

Can I bring a plus one?
Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.
