For individuals to receive the established Group rate, they must identify themselves as members of the Group initially or provide their group code when making the reservation. All reservations must be received by the Group’s cut-off date and guaranteed with a credit card.

Guest Room Payment: Individuals will be responsible for their own room, tax, and incidental charges. All reservations require a credit card to guarantee overnight guestrooms. A credit card will be authorized upon check-in.

Parking Parking fees are priced at prevailing city rates. The hotel is not liable for any change in policy between time of contracting and event/stay dates. Charging hours are between 8am and 6:30pm Monday to Friday. If vehicle exits garage outside of these hours no fee is incurred. Saturday and Sunday are free.
