Kimberly and Courtney met in 2002 on the first day of their sophomore year at Monrovia High School. They became closer friends while attending Cal Poly Pomona. Kimberly and Courtney were also roommates for a bit . From high school to college and beyond Kimberly and Courtney have had many great experiences and adventures, some of which may show up in her speech at the wedding.

Kimberly and Helen met in 2001 when they became neighbors. A few years later they found that they had a friend in common, Courtney Blackburn. They went to different colleges but reconnected after college and have remained great friends.

Stephanie is married to Kimberly's younger brother Chris and is the sister she never had. Stephanie and Kimberly have bonded over their love of knitting and crochet as well as an occasional wine and paint night.

Kimberly and Melissa met during their junior year at Monrovia High School. They became closer friends during their time attending Cal Poly Pomona. Despite Melissa living thousands of miles away in Tennessee they have remained great friends.

Brent is Dennis's older brother.

Chris is Kimberly's younger brother.
