You and/or they will be missed! If you and/or your partner can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

ARE KIDS WELCOME?

While we love your little ones, our Saturday Wedding Reception will be an adults-only event except for a few family-related children. So everyone can relax and enjoy the evening we appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home or with childcare in hotel/family so you can celebrate with us. That being said we understand some would like to travel with their lil ones, so children are welcome for the Friday night Welcome Party and to see us walk down the aisle on Saturday afternoon.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR? IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

The dress code for our Wedding Reception is semi-formal. Ladies should wear a cocktail dress or a polished set (jumpers are fine too!), and gentlemen should wear suits and ties or sports coats. https://www.brides.com/semi-formal-wedding-attire-4800687

WHAT WILL THE WEATHER BE LIKE THIS TIME OF YEAR?

April in Denver can be 70s or snowing, eek. So as the date nears, please visit weather.com and plan for 4 seasons and swings in temp accordingly. Friday will be an indoor/outdoor event, so we DO recommend coats & layers. While Saturday events from Church to the Reception will all be Indoors.

WHERE ARE THE CEREMONY AND THE RECEPTION TAKING PLACE?

The Banshee House for Friday Welcome Event, 6-9pm.

St Dominics for Saturday Wedding Ceremony, 1-2pm.

The Maven Hotel For Saturday Cocktail Hour, 5pm, and Reception 6-11pm.

WILL THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

The Saturday wedding ceremony will take place indoors in church. The reception will also be indoors.

The Friday Welcome Event will be mostly indoors but guests have an option to also sit outside on the heated patio and will also be where the BBQ food is served. So coats & layers are recommended.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE CEREMONY?

After the ceremony, a Shuttle bus will bring guests back to the Maven Hotel, around 2ish. Feel free to visit the Dairy Block establishments or Milk Market for a small tasty treat or drink. But be sure to leave room for Happy Hour & Appetizers that begin at 5pm and then Dinner at 6ish.

CAN I BRING A DATE?

We have a strict guest list to stay within our Max Capacity for the venue. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

WILL THERE BE ANY VEGAN/VEGETARIAN/GLUTEN FREE/SPECIAL DIET OPTIONS?

Please let us know in advance if we need to accommodate special diets.

WILL TRANSPORTATION BE PROVIDED BETWEEN TO/FROM THE HOTEL?

Yes, for the Saturday Ceremony! We will update this space with the shuttle times to/from The Maven Hotel to Church and back. But expect shuttles to run from ~11am - 3pm.

CAN I TAKE AND POST PICTURES OF THE WEDDING ON SOCIAL MEDIA?

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on their social media channels! Our only request is that you tag us in your favorite pictures!
