As you know, we're still young and healthy, and we have no intention of sitting idly by. Steve has been an engineer since college, while I've pursued entrepreneurship. Alongside our passion for travel and nature, we're eager to keep our minds engaged.
Steve would like to delve into volunteer work, and he's even considering lending a hand part-time at a friend's environmental consulting firm once he masters Dutch.
As for me, entrepreneurship is my calling. While I'll still own my insurance brokerage, I'm scaling back a bit to pursue my dream of running another business on the tropical island of Curacao.
When it comes to retirement travel, we've been fortunate to explore many countries, narrowing our list for future adventures. Our upcoming plans include a New England cruise in October, followed by the Galapagos Islands in February, and then backpacking through Buenos Aires. We'll wrap up our trip with expeditions to Antarctica and Patagonia.
Even with all that on our plate, we still have dreams of backpacking through Italy, Portugal, and South America. Our love for exploration keeps us eagerly anticipating what's next in this new phase of our lives.
