Timeline of Events:
Ceremony 1:30 PM
Happy Hour 4:00 PM
First Dances & Speeches 6:00 PM Served Dinner 6:30 PM Dancing and Drinking 7-11:00PM

Are kids allowed at the venue?

We love your little ones and you may bring your children to the ceremony at St. Thomas the Apostle; however, the reception to follow is at an adults only venue with alcohol and children are unfortunately not permitted.

Do I have a plus one?

As much as we would love to have everyone celebrate with us, we do have capacity at our venue and on your invitation it will clearly state if you have a guest and you will be able to RSVP for your entire party on our website.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! There is an open bar at our reception. We will have the signs of the kinds of wine, beer and liquor that will be served as well as signature drinks. Drinks on us, hangover on you!

What’s for dinner?

We will be having plated dinner service including dinner rolls, a garden salad and then the dinner of your choice. The chicken option is chicken marsala and the steak tenderloin served medium rare with chimichurri; both will be served with roasted potatoes and lemony green beans. We will also serve a late night snack of Comos Pizza!

What should I wear to the wedding?

The wedding dress code is formal attire. Please feel free to wear suits, blazers, dresses and pant suits. If you would like to match the color scheme of the wedding feel free to wear pastels. The wedding is in the summer, and it will be warm, but St Thomas prefers women and men to dress modestly and appropriately so we will provide shawls for anyone who may need them for the ceremony.

How do I RSVP? and by when?

To be more environmentally friendly we will not be receiving paper RSVPs. Please RSVP directly through the knot or reach out to the couple directly by May 1st 2025.

Where should I stay?

We have two hotel blocks, Comfort Inn Chelsea and Holiday Inn Express W Ann Arbor. You are more than welcome to stay at either one or neither! The transportation from the venue to hotel will be the Holiday Inn Express W Ann Arbor. It is also easier to find an Uber and go downtown if you wish to continue partying by staying at that hotel. For a quiet evening after the wedding I would recommend the Comfort Inn Chelsea.
