Taylor and Kinsey met in general chemistry class in the first semester at the University of Kentucky and have been trauma bound ever since. They survived being roommates for a year and will have a great speech to attest to how their friendship has grown over the years. Taylor still lives in Lexington and works in healthcare.

Savanah and Kinsey met as random roommates sophomore year at the University of Kentucky. They bonded over pre requisites for graduate school and working together in a nursing home forging an unbreakable bond. Savanah moved to Charlotte, NC after graduation where she works in healthcare and is pursuing PA school.

Kinsey and Mandy met for the first time on a couples trip to Mexico. A few drinks and a friendship was formed. Mandy is the sweetest, animal loving, adventure girl who has been a central part of Dom and Kinseys relationship, as she is always there to yap about all the drama with Kinsey. Mandy lives in Northern Michigan where she is a veterinarian.

As Kinseys future sister in law, Julia has been so welcoming and kind. She always has the best advice, when she’s not half way across the country as a full time world traveler. They were able to go to Italy together summer of '24 where the itinerary was so packed that Kinsey needed a vacation from her vacation. Julia calls Indianapolis 'home' when she is actually there.

Amelia and Kinsey met at K Week orientation at the University of Kentucky and ended up having a familiar face in their English class freshman year. After trips to Nashville, UK basketball games and picking up Kinsey after an anxiety attack in Cincinnati, they will always be life long friends. Amelia still lives in Lexington and works in marketing after getting her masters from EKU.

Shelby and Kinsey met sophomore year at the University of Kentucky and bonded over the gym, horse racing and country bars. After prepping for graduate school, a packed spring break trip and a sad goodbye post graduation, they have remained so close. Shelby moved to Miami, FL after graduation and got her Masters and is now working in healthcare.

Tyler and Dom have been friends since kindergarten and played hockey together from mites, to Livonia Knights, then high school, and finally juniors in Kansas. Both are highly competitive which still continues on in their brotherly friendship to this day, still trying to beat each other in everything, even in mini sticks. Tyler now lives in Boston, MA after wrapping up his professional hockey career, although Dom tries to convince him to move home to Michigan on a regular basis.

Sean and Dom have been friends since elementary school and currently live in the same subdivision. They won a state championship together at Stevenson where Sean was a manager focusing on video work, which he has created a career out of. Both have bonded over being automotive finance bros, navigating first time home ownership together and overall adulthood while often scheming ways to be successful entrepreneurs (Sean has made more progress).

Joe and Dom met in college at Ferris State and were assigned to live together on couches in August before the dorms were opened and eventually studied abroad in Italy together that same year. Joe and Dom became roommates again in July 2023 and still live together to this day, as he is in the area for medical school. Dom and Kinsey both take advantage of the free medical advice regularly.

Matt, more commonly referred to by his last name “Schmidtke”, and Dom went to Buchanan elementary school together, however Matt was a year older and they did not become close until high school where they spent 3 years together with Stevenson hockey. While Matt was the first overall pick for the Buchanan Bear floor hockey league, he decided to take his talents to a manager position with Stevenson. He always followed Dom’s hockey career closely, making numerous trips to see him play Junior and Collegiate hockey. The two can often be found hanging out in Livingston County as both reside there, which often turns into late nights as Schmidtke is known for enjoying to see the sunrise.

Nate and Dom played hockey at Ferris State together and were the team captains senior year. The duo was more well known for their musical performances off the ice, turning in songs for assignments and even performing in front of all the Ferris athletes. Nate still plays pro hockey in his home state of California.

Brad and Dom met on the ice in high school as Brad played for Churchill, the crosstown rival. The foes quickly turned to friends after being on a couple of tournament teams and traveling together. Both were highly motivated to succeed and often pushed each other to train as hard as possible. After hockey, Brad served in the US Army and now works in tech sales in Austin, TX.

Cam and Dom first met playing against each other in junior hockey. By the end of the year both were committed to Ferris State, and when they shook hands as Cam’s team was eliminated from playoffs, discussed their future plans at school. They ended up living together in the dorms freshman year and then again senior year in an apartment. Cam now is an assistant hockey coach and head golf coach at Norwich University in Vermont.

Dante and Dom played hockey together with the Livonia Knights and throughout high school. Both played too many video games growing up and would often stay up all night doing so. After moving to Texas after college, Dante moved back to Michigan where he spends way too much time golfing, but still struggles to beat Dom.
