Hina is Kiran's cousin, but most importantly her childhood best friend. They both have been close since the day Hina was born. The bride describes her as outgoing, energetic, has a big heart, and loves to bring the party with her. Hina graduated from University of Mary Washington and got her Masters' at University of Virginia. She is now a school counselor at Glasgow Middle in Fairfax, VA! She has always enjoyed dancing and baking. Fun fact- When Kiran and Hina retire, their plan is to open a bakery together.

Hina Zafar

Kimberly and Kiran first became friends through Zac and Austin. While the boys spent their weekends on the racecar, their friendship grew stronger and stronger. Kimberly is a mom of a handsome baby boy, Grayson (the ring bearer!)   and married to Zac Smizer. Kimberly has one of the biggest hearts that Kiran has ever met.  They both love to craft and spend hours in Hobby Lobby, Marshalls and Target. Kimberly is an expert planner and an over thinker like Kiran so our trips are always a good time!  A truly wonderful person who the bride is so happy to have crossed paths with.

Sonya and Kiran were friends before birth, they were actually supposed to be due on the same day. Her mom and Kiran's mom have been best friends for ages. She went to school at Virginia Tech. Sonya is strong hearted, loves the Cali- beach life, a huge cat lover and a wonderful friend to the bride. She is that friend when you finally get to catch up after months, it was like time didn't even pass. Their childhood included many weekends eating chocolate cake, talking about the latest music trends, boys, and annoying her younger sister, Nisha.

Heidi and Kiran went to Massaponax high school together. They both were in marching band, Kiran was in color guard and Heidi played picolo/ flute. With all the time band kids spend together, the two of them became close! Heidi went to school at Costal Carolina University in South Carolina where she met her husband Joe. Kiran would try to visit them every year throughout college. Kiran had even made their wedding cake. Even though they have been miles apart, Kiran and Heidi have remained friends through the years. Heidi currently is creating the most beautiful custom watercolor pieces and has created her own online store front to display all her art work. 

Heidi Stephens

Sydney and Kiran first met teaching Marching Band at Chancellor High School. Through the hundreds of hours of band, they grew close and became good friends. Sydney is a very outgoing and a loving person, she really sees the best in everyone! She is a mom of a bubbly and happy boy, Fjor and is happily married to her husband, Scot. Since both Kiran and Sydney moved to Woodbridge, they have had plenty of fun times watching musicals/ movies, playing board games and hanging out together. Sydney is a proud alumnus from JMU!

Sydney Johnson

Nisha is the younger sister of Sonya, and has always been a major part of the fun times! Since Nisha was born, she had always been a part of Kiran's life. She has a great fashion sense, loves to be adventurous and try new things, but also enjoys a good stay-at-home day. Nisha graduated from George Mason and currently lives in Chicago. 

Nisha Ali

Steven and Austin have been friends since Elementary school and were neighbors growing up. They attended the same church and were a part of Cub Scouts together. Steven went to Virginia Tech and graduated with a degree in Computer Engineering. He currently lives in Blacksburg working as a Research Engineer. Steven has an enthusiastic spirit and is always down for an adventure, whether it be a 14 hour race or a multi-day hike.

Steven Frederiksen

Zac and Austin met in High School and bonded through their passion for abusing their vehicles. They soon realized that using their daily driver's for recreation was not very economical and began to pursue racing on the track. Off the track Zac is a loving father to his son, Grayson, and a caring husband to his wife, Kimberly. He is a professional Electrician who loves to hunt, fish, and smoke the occasional cigar. He is a huge part of Kiran and Austin's lives.

Zac Smizer

Michael and Austin went to High School together and were a part of the National Technical Honor Society. You guessed it, he is also part of the race team! He currently lives in Pennsylvania with his partner in crime, Diana. He is employed as a Mobile Engineer. Michael is not afraid to push himself out of his comfort zone and has proved himself to be an excellent racer and an even better friend.

Michael Friend

Tommy is Austin's  brother with a beard and hairstyle that let's you know he is ready for a party. He is a huge fan of racing and sports in general. Tommy went to Longwood University and graduated with a Bachelor's in business.  Tommy is also part of the Misfit Motorsports team! 

Tommy Browning

Yousuf is Kiran's brother, and just like Austin, loves cars. They also share another pass-time that they are very passionate about and that is making fun of Kiran. Yousuf currently is working at a car dealership where he purchased a 1998 Corvette showcar.  Yousuf's greatest quality though is his perserverance. He once backpacked 14 miles through a rain storm that would have had most people looking for the nearest hotel.

Yousuf Ahmed 

Mike and Austin met in High School and since then have worked many odd jobs together. No matter how many thousands of pounds of debris stood in their way, they always managed to enjoy themselves. Mike is a former college basketball player who graduated from Waynesburg College with a degree in business.
