Hotels in Lynchburg
Room Blocks have been secured at the 2 hotels listed. For your convenience, shuttle buses will depart from The Craddock Terry Hotel and The Virginian at 3:50 PM. The trip from the hotels to Sierra Vista is 20-30 minutes. Return shuttles will be waiting for you after the reception.

Traveling to Lynchburg
Kemper Street Station Lower Level Accessible Parking & Drop-Off/Pickup
Amtrak comes right into Lynchburg at the Kemper Street Station. The train offers comfortable seating, a business cart, quit cart and food cart. There is also a bar on the train and you are able to bring your own food /drink. The train ride is about 7 hours from NJ and 4 hours from DC/ NOVA area.
Roanoke-Blacksburg Regional Airport
Charlottesville–Albemarle Airport
The Charlottesville-Albemarle Airport is about 1 hour from the Hotels in Lynchburg. Direct Flights are available out of LaGuardia, Charlotte and Dulles.
Lynchburg Regional Airport
The Lynchburg Regional Airport is about 15 minutes from the hotels. Lynchburg only flies to and from Charlotte so all flights will connect through this hub.
