Kolin and Ansley met over 3 1/2 years ago on Bumble, their first date was at Tin Lizzy’s Cantina. For the first time, Kolin ordered a PBR to drink, he claims it was because Ansley made him nervous, but Ansley knew it was Bubba sending her a sign that this guy was special. The two quickly began seeing each other week after week, but Ansley had already decided she was moving to South Carolina. However, once again a greater power was in play and Kolin got offered a job in a city 30 minutes from where Ansley was living and the two began dating. They have spent the past 3 years getting to know each other, falling in love, exploring their new city, and starting their lives together.

Ansley has met the person that is always willing to go to a concert, a weekend getaway, or a new restaurant with just as much excitement as her. Kolin has found his person that shares his love of country music, watching football at a brewery, and hiking the next best trail. The two have enjoyed exploring Greenville with their dog, Daisy, who Kolin took in as his own when he and Ansley started dating, anyone that knows Daisy knows this wasn’t a difficult decision, and they truly work hard to give her the life she deserves.

Kolin and Ansley decided to move in together in June 2023 and have really made the place their home, living together has taught them more about each other like how Kolin will fight Ansley for a blanket and Ansley has music playing in the house anytime she’s home. This has only brought them closer so when Kolin asked Ansley’s parents for her hand, they couldn’t have been happier for them. Kolin brought both families together, including Daisy, and asked Ansley to marry him in the city they had made their home and it was the easiest question Ansley had ever been asked.

The two can’t wait to start their lives together and are so thankful for all the people that helped get them here today and are joining them as they celebrate becoming Mr. and Mrs. Harkins!
