What is the dress code?
We are having a semi-formal wedding, this should mean your Sunday Best. No hats or jeans please. We ask that you wear dresses, or dressy separates, khakis or slacks and a button down please.
Can I bring my kids?
As much as we love kids, we are keeping our wedding a 21 and up event, we appreciate your understanding!
Am I allowed to bring a plus 1?
Our venue has a max capacity, so unfortunately, there is not extra space for everyone. Your invitation will have all names of guests invited on it and can be seen on our website when you RSVP as well, thanks for your understanding!
When should I RSVP by?
You can RSVP directly on our wedding website, please do so by October 12th so we can get a final count to our vendors, thank you!
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Our ceremony will be outdoors but covered, the reception will be indoors. The weather is unpredictable in the South but we're hoping for the best!
Is there parking available at the venue?
Yes, there is plenty of parking for people who want to drive to the ceremony!
Is there a block of rooms reserved for wedding guests?
Yes, we have a block of rooms set aside for our out of town guests at the Embassy Suites Halcyon in Alpharetta. It is under Harkins Wedding. If you wish to stay at this hotel, please book your room by October 12th, thank you!
Are rideshare options available to and from the wedding?
Yes, ubers and lyfts are available for you to use!
Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel to the ceremony?
Yes, if you are staying in our hotel block, there will be a shuttle to and from the wedding as a thank you from us for traveling to celebrate!
Will there be an open bar?
We will be providing beer, wine, and seltzer during the reception, please enjoy responsibly!
What time should I arrive to the venue?
Our ceremony will begin at 4:30 pm so please arrive by 4:00
Am I allowed to take photos during your wedding?
We will be having an unplugged ceremony, so please keep phones away during this time. We have a wonderful photographer and videographer that will be capturing our day and we will be sharing all photos with you!
You are more than welcome to take photos at the reception and share however you'd like! We appreciate your understanding during the ceremony!
