Where/when is the ceremony and reception?
The ceremony and reception will be taking place at the same location, La Luna Banquet Hall. The venue address is 4610 Bensalem Boulevard Bensalem, PA 19020. Please plan to arrive at the venue at 4:30 pm, as the ceremony will be taking place promptly at 5:00 pm. Cocktail hour will follow the ceremony and will take place in the venue’s front hall space. The reception will immediately follow cocktail hour and take place in the venue’s main ballroom.
Can I bring a guest?
In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guest formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. Please refer to the RSVP section of the website. When you search your name, make sure you search your last name along with your first name. If you have a guest, it will come up "Guest __(your last name)__" or search your partner's name to see if they are already on the guest list.
Can I bring my kids?
While we love your little ones, we have decided to host an adult-only event. We want everyone to enjoy the night out celebrating with us! We appreciate you making arrangements for your children to stay home so that you can spend the night with us!
What is the dress code?
We ask that all guests please wear semi-formal/cocktail attire. Please keep in mind that the ceremony will be outdoors, weather permitting. We want everyone to look their best and feel confident while enjoying the celebration!
Do you have a registry?
The only thing we request is your presence!
If you would like to send us a gift, a donation to our house down payment fund or honeymoon fund would suit us best. If you would like to send us a card, please send it to 3145 Bogle Road Bensalem PA 19020. There will also be a card box available at our reception!
Will transportation be provided?
Our venue is a one stop shop! Since the ceremony and reception are taking place at the same location, there is no need to provide transportation between events. Overnight accommodations will be provided on site in the venue's manor house for a select number of guests. If you are not staying on site, please plan transportation accordingly.
Can I take/post photos of your wedding?
During our ceremony, we kindly ask that you join us in fully experiencing the moment by keeping all cameras, phones, and other devices put away. There will be a designated time right after our ceremony for you to take photos.
During the reception, feel free to take as many photos as you like! Don’t forget to upload the photos that you take to our “Capture the Love” photo album via our QR code that will be provided at our reception.
Is there open bar?
Yes! We have a full premium open bar available so that you can live it up! If you are choosing to drink and are not staying on site in the manor house, we please ask that you arrange transportation for yourself from the venue in advance. We want everyone to get home safe!
What if I have dietary restrictions?
A buffet style dinner will be served at our reception, allowing you to decide what you eat and how much you want to eat. If you have any dietary restrictions or concerns that we should be aware of, please reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
What do we do about parking?
There is free, on site parking available! The parking lot is located right in front of the venue space and has plenty of room for guests!
